Well everyone. I'm going to lecture after lecture. When are the lectures going to end. I haven't been home since the summer so homesickness is kicking in a bit. I have fall break next weekend and ready for it. I'm ready to sit on the "magic" couch with my dogs, have them attack me when i walk in the door, and play with them. The weather where i'm at has about 40 mph winds. I'm bundling up a bit early. Long sleeve tops, a sweater and a close to winter jacket. I can't even ride my bike anymore because it's so windy. *pouts* It's almost at that point where i have to carry a cup of something hot everywhere. I've had exams last week and this one. First exams of the semester. One in physics and one in Educational psych. In Intro to Eng Tech, we are building race cars, not full scale ones but hey still race cars. One guy in my group is a flake. We tried to get together last sunday at 3 and only the original members of the group showed up, that included me and two other people. Bad news was we couldn't work on it on the weekend because the room was closed. The team leader called the guy that was the flake and said we weren't meeting and the guy had a question about AutoCAD. So the team leader handed the phone over to me and the guy said he would meet me back at the building in an hour. I rode my bike back to my dorm since i didn't feel like waiting there and i had extra time. I arrived at the building at 350 and waited until 430 and said to my partner who was also in the room, "Hey i'm going to go. Zaki hasn't shown up yet so i'm going to go." Mike stated, "Yeah I don't know what his problem is." I was half tempted to ignore the phone call i got because i knew it was Zaki but being the kind of person i am I answered the phone. He said he was sorry but he was taking a shower. He also asked if we could meet up again to work on the question he had but i told him "I'm sorry i have my own homework to do." I just went back to my room and relaxed. Today we are getting together again at 330 and i doubt he will show up. I know you guys are going to say oh give him the benefit of the doubt but i mean when your a half hour late and don't even show up to a group meeting i'm not holding my breath. Well i better get ready.
